Job Creation
‘Green Jobs’ are key to lifting millions out of poverty. The organisation perceives green jobs as employment in a green economy that provides green products and services, reducing carbon dependency and regenerating the natural resource base, while providing dignified employment and entrepreneurial opportunities that create pathways out of poverty. It works to create sustainable jobs for the underprivileged, primarily women, unemployed youth and farmers, through basic skill development and creation of opportunities.
